  The storage unit itself wasn't too bad. It's the inability to reach the owner that is the problem. First off, his hours are only open 16 hours a week. And when he is open, he is rarely there and when you call there is no voice mail to leave a message. I've been trying to cancel my unit for three weeks to no avail. I missed one payment last month and you best believe he contacted me immediately to get his money. Think about this place before you use them. Wood tv 8 did a story on him. Wish I new before hand. Good luck.
