  Great service! So pleasant, personable, and kind. Walked me through the entire process after my car accident and turned a bad day into a bearable one. Everyone I came in contact with at this location was so understanding, and willing to help. Thank you guys for caring about your customers! Would definitely recommend for any body shop needs in the Rockford area.

  Other than the friendly staff, the experience here was generally disappointing. There were many delays, mistakes, and miscommunications that made me regret choosing Carstar for the work.
